  • Prices are displayed in Australian dollars, and your transaction information is safe and protected. We prioritize your privacy and do not share your personal details with third parties.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation. We offer two postal options, with more details available in the Delivery Details section. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please email us, and a full refund will be provided if the goods have not yet been shipped.


Q: Will customs intervene with my purchase?

A: All generic medications we supply come with the required documentation to ensure prompt delivery within Australia. While customs may inspect packages, your medication will not be confiscated.


Q: What are generic brand medications?

A: Generic medications are produced by reputable, licensed multinational pharmaceutical companies in India. They work the same way as brand-name medications. Note that Australia allows residents to import prescription erectile medications from overseas, but importing medicines like opiate painkillers and steroids is illegal.


Q: Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Q: How are my items packaged and delivered?

A: All packages are discreetly addressed with no description of the contents on the outer packaging. Your order will be dispatched securely with your address and a tracking number. Tablets are contained in factory-sealed and tamper-proof blister foil packaging, complete with the manufacturer’s name and expiry date on each packet.


Q: Where do my ED meds come from?

A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress. In the rare case your order goes astray or is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you. If your order is lost, it will be reshipped. If not delivered within 45 days, a full refund will be provided.
